Description
This was the original Leopard sweater withfrom Autumn Winter 2009 “Fashion Illusion”.
Rei Kawakubo discipline for menswear was yet to be extravagant the way A/W2018 “disco” depicted with vivid, disco-inspired atmosphere rife with bold prints, inside out jackets, and even dolls affixed to blazers. In “Fashion Illusion”, pedagogical clothes with a degree of experimental was the main concept, the familiar tartan, plaid, madras in tune with quiff hairstyles and sacrilegious, Willy Wonka like hatwear. Leopard prints were a key visual motif, often peering out from beneath intricate tailoring. This sweater features such a print on its body, and contrasting sleeves with proper diapason of striped patterns.
Condition: 8,5/10. Slight feel of usage, neck tag faded.
